Exchange & Return Policy

At Form and Fit, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase.

If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help.

1. Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.

2. Eligible for Exchange

We accept exchanges in the following situations:

Size issues: If the purchased size doesn't fit, you can request another available size.
Damaged products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us for an exchange.
Wrong products: If you receive an incorrect product, colour or item, we'll arrange an exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products that have been worn, washed or used.
Products with removed or damaged original tags.
Products damaged due to customer negligence.
Items returned after the 7-day exchange period.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement will be processed, subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Charges

For size-related exchanges, return and replacement shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Form and Fit will cover the exchange shipping charges.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

6. Refund Policy

Form and Fit primarily offers exchanges rather than refunds.

Refunds may be considered in cases where an exchange or replacement cannot be arranged due to product unavailability or a verified issue with the order.

Approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method.
